Voodoo is a collaboration between Chris Shoupe, Steve Moore, and Jeremy King. Captain Chris Shoupe, owner and operator of Kindred Spirit Charters of St. John, has been a resident for eight years. He partnered with Steve Moore, owner of Moore Grain Farms Inc. in Rock Falls, Illinois, and Captain Jeremy King, a seventeen-year resident of St. John and seasoned mariner. Together this team, with their engineers, has designed the Voodoo concept.
The lead naval architect is David Walworth of St. Croix , owner of Walworth Designs INC. He is supported by the Gunboat 55 designer, Hal Whitacre, of Whitacre Yacht Design. Voodoo is being built in the outer banks of North Carolina at Croswait Custom Composites.
