It’s that time of year when the summer is somehow vanishing and the end is wistfully in sight. We hope your summer has been swell so far though, it’s not over yet!
For many of our friends on St. John, the time for a break is quickly arriving. Same goes for our favorite lunch stops. Pizza Pi closed last week, and Lime Out at the end of next week.
No worries if you’re lucky enough to be down here over the next few months, we’re still ready to host your day of exploring the USVI and BVI as we do, and our new off-season shared trip will surely satisfy.

The off-season is actually a great time of year to be here. It feels like you’re in on a secret and have the place to yourself. There’s less boat traffic and less “crowded” snorkel stops. While the latter months of the off-season bring increased chances of inclement weather, beautiful days are still aplenty.
You get to enjoy the quiet and sync up with the locals. There’s a focus on the weather too that adds an experiential element you don’t get at other times of the year. We all have our stories. Chat up some of the folks around and you’ll hear tales of trials and triumphs that make this island home.
Our new off-season trip makes its maiden voyage on
August 19th!
USVI Off-Season Snorkel + Sandwich Spread Shared Excursion
The off-season can be one of the best times to be on the water, there are fewer boats and the snorkel spots are quieter. On this trip, we visit three to four snorkel spots chosen each day for the best conditions. You’ll get premium snorkel gear, a fresh fruit platter, an open bar for the entire trip, and our Build-Your-Own Sandwich Spread from one of our favorite local eateries.
The only destination is the best USVI snorkel stop of the day, and then the next, and so on. Of course, the VOODOO catamaran is a destination in itself!
- Departs from Cruz Bay, St. John at 10:30 am
- Runs from August 19th through mid-October
Off-Season Private Charters, from St. John or St. Thomas
VOODOO and VORADO are Both Available for Private Charters During the Off-Season.
The only exception is with VOODOO taking a one-week break for its annual checkup, from September 1st to 7th. VORADO is in the water full-time..
If the off-season feels exclusive, a private trip turns it up a notch. Pickups available from both St. John and St. Thomas.
