    Voodoo Charters provides two different ways to experience the U.S. Virgin Islands, designed to fit any group size and style:

    Shared USVI Charter with Captain and Crew

    On shared trips, Voodoo Charters sets the itinerary so you get a mix of top snorkeling spots, swim-in beaches, and floating restaurants like Lime Out and Pizza Pi, all at a per-person rate. You’ll share the boat with other groups, with space to relax together or break off on your own.

    • Perfect for: Solo travelers, couples, and small groups who want a quick and easy booking with a per-person rate and a set itinerary that covers the USVI highlights.
      Top snorkel spots, swim-in beaches, and floating restaurants like Lime Out and Pizza Pi, all with the comfort of a spacious catamaran to share with others without feeling crowded.
    • Catamaran: Shared USVI trips run on our flagship M/V VOODOO catamaran, offering both lively and quiet areas to suit each guest’s vibe of the moment.
    • Capacity: M/V VOODOO comfortably accommodates groups from 1 to 49 guests.
    • Departure: Shared USVI charters will depart from Cruz Bay at the National Park Dock in Cruz Bay, St. John. Pick-up times range from 10 AM up to 1 PM depending on your chosen shared trip.

    Circumnavigate St. John or Discover the Waters Between St. John and St. Thomas

    Snorkel the coral reefs and find the quiet coves, perhaps enjoy a lunch stop at Lime Out or Pizza Pi, or we’ll bring a lunch spread from the local deli.

    Each shared trip gives you multiple snorkel and swim stops, ample time to relax, and your catamaran for the day featuring sunny decks, shade when you want it, two bathrooms, and an open bar for the entire trip.

    A private USVI catamaran charter gives you the entire boat to yourselves and an exclusive day built around your group’s pace and preferences.

    • Perfect for: Families, weddings, reunions, birthdays, corporate outings, or couples who want a private escape.
    • Catamarans and Capacity: Choose between M/V VOODOO for groups of up to 49 guests and M/V VORADO for groups of up to 12 guests.

      * For even larger groups, we can combine both vessels for a tandem trip, accommodating groups of up to 60 guests with advance planning.
    • Departures: Private USVI trips generally depart from the National Park dock in Cruz Bay, St. John.

    You and your group get to make these decisions and the day is yours. Our experienced team will guide you as you plan for the day, and our knowledgable captain will offer their guidance on the day of.

    • My wife, Elena and I, are blown away by this charter and the attentiveness of our crew, Elizabeth, Taylor and Eric. Elena has always dreamed of a boat charter with our friends and family, and we decided to invite our whole wedding group the day before we got married. To say Elena’s expectations were sky high would be an understatement. Somehow, Voodoo exceeded it. They let us pick snorkeling spots, and suggested new ones, including a beach with 5 sea turtles that was amazing and litterally changed some of our guest’s lives. The service was incredible – one moment you were in the water, the next, lunch was served. Elizabeth must have mixed 150 delicious island drinks, Taylor made the snorkle and swim equipment super accessible, and organized those who had custom equipment, and Eric had his head on a swivel and captained the yacht like a true pro. We have operated much smaller boats before, and we were truly impressed how Eric seamlessly navigated this giant catamaran between dozens of moored boats and had the ship set at anchor in moments at every move. And, of couse, the snorkeling was top notch, and we got to experience wonderful sea life with our family and friends. This charter was such a meaningful part of our wedding weekend, allowing everyone to mingle before the big day and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. EVERYONE absolutely loved it. I can not thank everyone enough, and:

    • Great boat and crew. We took the large catamaran around USVI with Danny and Elizabeth, and it was one of the best parts of our trip. Sailed from Red Hook, which was easy to get to by taxi and easy to get on the boat. We did two snorkel spots, Pizza Pi, and Cruise Bay in St Johns. Good itinerary and it felt like enough. Danny and Elizabeth made things fun and safe for everybody. Cocktails were great and overall had a lot of fun.

    1 – 12 guests

    A smooth, stable catamaran for up to 12 with 360-degree views, a low swim platform and wide ladder, soft flooring, open seating, and a fully stocked cooler. The single-level layout is easy for kids and older guests.

    VORADO is ideal for the USVI where short hops around St. John and over towards St. Thomas set the pace for the day. More opportunities for snorkel stops, ample time in the water and onboard, and less time lost to traveling logistics.

    Important Reminders for Your Day With Us

    • No Passport Needed: All USVI trips stay within the United States Virgin Islands so no passports or or wait times during customs clearance.
    • Complete Your Waiver Ahead of Time: A signed waiver is required for every guest. You’ll receive details after booking, and completing this ahead of time keeps check-in quick and easy.
    • Weather Flexibility: Boating itineraries in the Virgin Islands may change slightly based on current weather conditions.

      While Voodoo Charters has a “rain or shine” policy, weather-based cancellations are determined at the Captain’s sole discretion on the day of the trip, not before.

    • Water: Filtered, cold drinking water is always available to keep you hydrated throughout the day.
    • Fruit Platter: Enjoy a fresh fruit platter prepared by the crew, served after you board.
    • Snack Board: On full-day trips, enjoy a snack board with dip, veggies, and crackers. The perfect pick-me-up after snorkeling and swimming.
    • Snorkel Gear: Top-of-the-line snorkeling equipment, including kid sizes, is provided. Pool noodles and floats are also available for your enjoyment.
    • Open Bar: A full open bar is available for the entire trip, with a variety of beverages and cocktail options (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, of course!).
    • Captain & Crew: A professional Captain and attentive crew who will keep the day running smoothly, provide you insider tips like the best snorkeling and beach spots (and even what to do after you disembark!). We’ll take care of everything so you can relax.
    • Fuel: Fuel is included in your trip price.

    What to Bring

    • Reef-safe sunscreen (no aerosol or tinted).
    • A towel.
